Tips on How to Manage Stress
Our life is colorful and we all encounter problems in our lives and we need to cope up with them to keep up sane. We can be stress in a lot of reasons: work, home problems, kids, financial, love problems and more. We should learn how do we combat and manage that stress so that we can still be healthy.

Here are some tips on how to manage stress:
~ Listens to music – I always do this everyday by either listening at youtube or at my CD player. Music soothes as so you can play relaxing music with nature sound etc.
~ Do some exercise – to help you going
~ Meditate – it can relax your mind
~ Read books
~ Watch Tv or DVD
~ Go to the salon and pamper yourself
~ Eat your comfort food
~ Take up a hobby (in my case I’m into digi-scrapping, blogging and photography)
~ Go shopping (but don;t overdo it)
~ Have some time with friends chitchat or to share your problems
~ Drink lots of water

Label Reading Before Buying
To tell you the truth I don;t usually read labels every time I buy something at the grocery. I guess I already know the product that I’m going to
buy that’s why I just get it without reading labels. But if I see new items that I’m not familiar with then that’s the time that I’ll read the labels so that I know what it is in there.
Sometimes when we buy foods at the grocery, we need to read labels most especially if we have kids to feed. It may seem daunting to choose what are healthy or not so by reading labels we can somewhat know the ingredients in the product.
