These days, I’m trying to be healthy as much as possible since I’m not getting any younger. I already passed the stage where I ate too much junk foods and fats and drunk softdrinks. Now I have already removed softdrinks (particularly COKE!) in my diet since Sept. 2009 and I’m really doing good. I have no more cravings or not even tempted to drink it. Hooray.

As for the junkfood, hmmm.. I still eating from time to time, especially when I crave for something salty during my period but eating them all the time and everyday is a no-no for me.
