What To Cook?

Oh dear, today is one of those days when I don’t know what to cook for lunch! Usually every morning when I get up, I already have in mind what to cook for that day but today is an exception. It’s almost 11:00 am and I’m still clueless on what to cook. I have chicken, pork, fish and veggies in the fridge but no dish seems to come in my mind right now hahaha.

I looked at my recipe book but still I don’t know what to cook ! Help! Gosh I need to do some recipe research now or else we’ll starve this lunch.

Oh my goodness I was stunned to see this huge Burger King burger with 1,50 bacon in it that was purchased at BK in Japan. I think the man is crazy enough to have ordered it and yeah right he didn’t finish it all. It’s full of fats and salt thus making it very unhealthy to eat! Yay! You are sure to have a heart attack if you finish the whole burger in one sitting..lol

Hmmm.. now, I’m craving for a Burger Ling burger with bacon (not too many please!) for I know it’s a good companion while I read more about affiliate network and software bundle online.

I have to say that I’m a thrifty shopper. Most of the times, I have to make sure that what I am buying is only what is needed for myself and for our house. In that way, my budgeting will be on the right track and I will not be overspending. The economy is not that great so I have to tighten my belt and be contented on what I can afford at the moment. Sure, there are times that I want to splurge but when I think about all the bills that are coming, it makes me very afraid. Hot.. hot.. hot…..It’s summer in our part of the globe and everyone is complaining how humid it is here. Many are sick these days due to the weather and all we can do is to make ourselves cool and hydrated. DON’T FORGET TO DIRNK LOTS OF WATER!! It’ll make us hydrated and keep us from heat stroke.

Korea’s Melona Ice Cream Bar

I heard these Melona from my friend and I thought I’d try it since it’s also summer. Fortunately, there’s also a Korean store just nearby so one day, I asked my niece to drop by there are get some.

Melona Ice Cream Bar is introduced in Korea in the 90’s and had been imported now from many countries including ours. Melona is creamy and sweet. They have melon, banana, strawberry and mango flavors.

The price is quite affordable at Php25/bar and be sure to eat it right away because it melts easily esp. during this scorching summer. I loved the taste but would not buy again coz I still prefer chocolate favored ice cream bars than the fruit flavored.

There’s not much food trucks in our country (that I know of) for there are lots of street stores around everywhere where you can eat food anytime of the day. I dig these food trucks or restaurant on wheels in the US and even in Australia for they have really good food in town. Hmm… I wonder if they also have gps tracking device in their trucks hehe..

Anyway here are some food trucks that I found online and they are offering various foods on the go.
