I accompanied my mom to her doctor the other week and before it’s our turn, I noticed that her doctor is on his phone talking to a fellow doctor. I guess he must be consulting or exchanging medical notes on how to go about the patient. I also experienced when I was rushed to the hospital that the ER doctor called my doctor telling him what medicines that he’ll give to me.
I’m sure physicians can also benefit using doximity on their phones. Doximity is a private network for physicians. Mango Strawberry Mimosa Popsicles
Yay, summer is coming and thinking about the humidity makes me sweat right now. I still remember how hot the summer is last year and all I did was to complain …lol
Anyway, I think this Mango Strawberry Mimosa Pops will make our summer cooler. I saw this online as a a dessert for bridal shower and I think this idea is cool.
Mango Strawberry Mimosa Pop
ingredients:
• mango orange juice
• fresh strawberries
• prosecco
• 3 oz dixie cups
• small bamboo forks purchased at Target
directions:
1. Mix 1 cup of OJ with ½ cup Proscecco
2. Pour into 8 small dixie cups – should fill up about ¾ of the way. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes
3. While those are freezing, take 5 large strawberries and puree with ¼ cup OJ
4. Add this next layer to the popsicles along with the bamboo forks in the center and freeze overnight
5. Enjoy!

High Total Cholesterol/ Triglycerides
It’s always fun and feels great when we are eating but we have to know that we should not eat too much especially those foods that are high in fat and saturated oils. Having a high cholesterol levels in our blood can give us so many health problems if not monitored. It can lead to hardening and narrowing of the arteries and can even lead to heart attacks. Beef with Mushroom in Oyster Sauce

Here’s another quick and tasty recipe that I cooked few weeks ago. My friend posted a photo at her IG acct. the dish with mushroom that they ate in her fave restaurant and I drooled over it so I decided to cook this Beef with Mushroom in Oyster Sauce.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo or sirloin beef cut into strips
1 can button mushrooms
1 onion
2- 3 cloves garlic
1 carrots cut into strips
approximately 1/2 c water
3-4 Tbsp oyster sauce
pepper
Directions:
1. Saute garlic, onion. Add the beef
2. Add carrots, mushroom. then add water. Simmer till tender
3. . Add the oyster sauce until cooked
So easy!

Chicken Sopas Recipe
Days are getting colder each day and most of the times, I found myself reaching out for my fleece blanket in the early morning as it becoming a little bit chilly. Here’s a great breakfast wherein you’ll feel warm. Chicken sopas, is one of my fave comfort food and it also brings a lot of childhood memories for my mom always makes this when we are sick, cold or when we ask something for merienda (snack).
My sister who is in Sydney would also cook sopas during winter times, eventhough she is too lazy to get out of their electric blankets to keep her warm. My SIL cooked this last New Year’s Eve.

Ahhh this new Selecta Cornetto Disc commercial – Hey Daydreamer has been ringing in my ear all the time. I’ve been singing it from time to time and I’m already having an LSS (last song syndrome). So one afternoon, I asked my niece to go to the grocery to to finally stop my craving as well.
We tried this Selecta Cornetto Disc ice cream worth P25. Not bad. It’s not too sweet. The chocolate filling is delicious and it’s worth eating again.
