Figaro Coffee Company


One of the most popular coffee shops here in the Philippines is FIGARO (www.figarocoffee.com). My former highschool classmates and had a coffee and cake at Figaro in Sta. Lucia in Cainta few months ago when we had a small get together and meeting.
We’re talking about our reunion back then and as always I brought along my digi cam to capture photos that I can post at my Facebook account and here at my blogs. Actually, many of my friends also brought their own digital cameras that we used to take photos.
Just love their coffee and their cakes. They have brewed coffee, Caramel Frost Light, iced Coffee and more.
Health Benefits of Coffee
Ahhhh.. coffee.. my morning or day is not complete if I had not drink my mug of coffee. I have been drinking coffee for many years now and I like I said I’ll feel different if I don’t have my daily dose of it. I love drinking de-caffeinated coffee with milk.
It’s also my companion at nights when I wanted to be awake when I’m beating some work deadlines. It also great to drink coffee when it is raining or when it is cold as it can soothe you and warms your stomach. I usually drink 1 mug of coffee a day but sometimes, I can drink 1-2 mugs a day and nothing more than that.
Just like any other food or drinks, coffee should only be taken with moderation. Here are some health benefits of coffee:
